Post-shoulder surgery and shoulder dislocation management require controlled arm immobilisation — this Tynor Elastic Shoulder Immobiliser (C-03) positions the arm in internal rotation and adduction, the correct position for healing of anterior shoulder dislocations and rotator cuff repairs. Lightweight elastic construction is more comfortable than rigid slings for extended wear.
