Placed an order with Surgismart? Here is the fastest way to know where it is.
1. Ask us on WhatsApp (quickest)
Send your order number (for example #1234) or the phone number used at checkout, and a real person will reply with your shipment status and tracking link.

2. Check your order in your account
If you checked out with your phone number or email, sign in to see your orders and their status.
3. Use the tracking link we send you
Once your order is dispatched, the courier tracking link is shared with your order updates. Open it any time to see live movement.
How long does delivery take?
- Dispatch: orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Saturday) leave our Chennai store the same day.
- Delivery: usually 2 to 6 working days across India, depending on your pincode.
- Cash on Delivery: please keep the exact amount ready and pick up the courier's call so delivery is not missed.
Order delayed or something wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. For damaged, defective or wrong items, please share the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery so we can sort it out quickly.
