Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, across India. Cash on Delivery orders have a ₹50 COD fee. Paying online by UPI or card is cheaper: you save 5% (up to ₹100) and skip the COD fee.
When will I receive it?
Orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day from our Chennai store. Delivery usually takes 2 to 6 working days, depending on your pincode.
Can I return it?
For hygiene and safety, medical products cannot be returned once delivered. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, share an unboxing video with us within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it.
Can I order in bulk for a hospital or clinic?
