Waist / Abdomen: Wrap a measuring tape around your waist immediately below the navel. Keep it snug but not tight.
Neck: With neck in extension (looking slightly up), measure the distance from the edge of your sternum to your lower jaw.
Chest: Measure the circumference around the fullest part of your chest.
Ankle: Measure the circumference approximately 2 inches (5 cm) above the bony part of the inner ankle.
Finger: Measure the length of the affected finger from base to tip.

The United Medicare Shoulder Immobilizer (C-10) is a structured arm and shoulder support used by orthopaedic patients across Chennai and Tamil Nadu following shoulder joint surgeries, humeral fractures, and post-dislocation recovery requiring both arm and shoulder stability.

The padded arm sling supports the forearm from below, while webbing shoulder straps cross the back and connect to an adjustable body binder that wraps around the torso. This three-point support system keeps the arm securely held against the body, preventing any shoulder abduction or rotation that could interfere with healing. Unlike a basic sling, the body binder eliminates sling swing and accidental arm movement during sleep or daily activity. It is especially useful for patients prescribed complete rest of the shoulder following surgical repairs in Chennai's orthopaedic hospitals.
