Waist / Abdomen: Wrap a measuring tape around your waist immediately below the navel. Keep it snug but not tight.
Neck: With neck in extension (looking slightly up), measure the distance from the edge of your sternum to your lower jaw.
Chest: Measure the circumference around the fullest part of your chest.
Ankle: Measure the circumference approximately 2 inches (5 cm) above the bony part of the inner ankle.
Finger: Measure the length of the affected finger from base to tip.

The United Medicare Arm Sling Tropica (C-07) is a lightweight, breathable arm sling designed for patients across Chennai and Tamil Nadu managing forearm fractures, wrist injuries, elbow sprains, and post-surgical arm support in warm, humid conditions.

The "Tropica" design uses a perforated, moisture-wicking fabric that allows airflow underneath the sling, keeping the arm cool even during Chennai's hot summer months — a significant advantage over standard cotton slings that trap heat and perspiration. Wide shoulder padding reduces neck pressure during extended wear, and the adjustable neck strap allows positioning of the arm at the ideal therapeutic angle.
