Waist / Abdomen: Wrap a measuring tape around your waist immediately below the navel. Keep it snug but not tight.
Neck: With neck in extension (looking slightly up), measure the distance from the edge of your sternum to your lower jaw.
Chest: Measure the circumference around the fullest part of your chest.
Ankle: Measure the circumference approximately 2 inches (5 cm) above the bony part of the inner ankle.
Finger: Measure the length of the affected finger from base to tip.

The United Medicare Elastic Shoulder Immobilizer with Cup (C-06) is an upgraded shoulder immobiliser that includes an additional elbow cup for patients in Chennai and Tamil Nadu needing more complete arm support following shoulder dislocation, rotator cuff surgery, or humeral fractures.

The built-in cup cradles the elbow securely, preventing the forearm from rotating outward and reducing strain on the shoulder joint during immobilisation. This makes it particularly valuable in the immediate post-surgical period when any inadvertent arm movement could disrupt a repair. The elastic body strap anchors around the torso, while the shoulder sling and elbow cup work together to distribute the weight of the arm uniformly.
